My goal with each session is for you to have a fabulous, fun and relaxing experience that results in images that capture the love, affection and beauty of your family. You will walk away with images that you absolutely love that will remind you over & over of those priceless moments you share as a family!
Custom Sessions:
Your custom session is a unique experience specifically designed for your family. We will discuss exactly what you are looking for, brainstorm creative ideas and come up with a plan that best captures your child or family. Custom sessions are generally 2 hours, include multiple clothing changes and are fun and exciting.
The session fee for a custom session covers your session experience documenting multiple images at multiple locations and my time & artistic talent during the shoot, post processing of your images and a personalized viewing and ordering gallery following your session.

Session Information:
A non-refundable deposit of $100 for your session is due within five days after booking your appointment.
It is credited to your total session price. This guarantees the time and date allotted for you.
Should payment not be received in this time frame, Lexilu Photography Studio reserves the right to offer the date and time to another client.
Sitting fee for all sessions- $250 (balance paid the day of the shoot.)
Multiple booking discount available on sessions booked within a 6 month time period. If you book another session within 6 months the fee is reduced to $175.00.
Unique collections such as Maternity Newborn, or Baby's First Year Collections will be reduced even further, when paid in advance.

Keeping things as simple, uncomplicated and fun as possible, your session fee includes:
A wonderfully laid back 2 hour outdoor photo session held at the time and location of your choice. Maternity sessions can be of just mom, or mom and dad together. We can go to a location of your choice or shoot right at home showcasing the baby's nursery.
Your session fee includes the photographers time and talent for up to 2 hours of custom-styled photography as well as the editing of each image to prepare the online gallery. This includes up to five people, with a $25 charge for each additional person. A private online gallery will display between 75-150 images for 6 months, each personally and creatively edited to Lexilu's style. The session fee includes a print credit of 50% off all prints in your online gallery. Credit expires in 60 days of gallery opening. You may share the discount code with all who will view your images. When your online gallery print purchases reach a total of $250.00 you will receive the Digital Negatives as our gift, and the expiration on the gallery will be renewed. The session fee does not include any images, either prints or digital negatives; these must be purchased separately. The session fee is due at the time of the session and payable by credit card or check.
AFTER THE SESSION: I will send a sneak peak after the session by email to share with family and friends. Please forward this email on! Approximately 4-6 weeks after your session , a password protected online gallery will be available to view and place your print order. I will send you the access code for both your gallery and print credit. Once print payment is made, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of print enlargements. Checks or credit card thru PayPal are accepted for payment. Orders will not be placed until payment is received in full. All images will remain on file should you ever desire additional reprints at a later date.

Newborn Photography session rate: $250
Details:
My best days with my camera, are the days that I get to photograph a fresh newborn. This age can be the most difficult to photograph, but as a Mom, the newborn images of my own give me the most joy. Remembering their tiny features, fuzzy hair, and all that is new about them, brings back those amazing memories of when we first met. These days should be captured and always remembered.
WHEN TO SCHEDULE:
The best time to contact me is before you have your baby. I will then add you to my schedule when your due date is expected. Once your baby arrives, then within the first week is the best time to schedule your session. The first week works best to get peaceful sleepy and very curly poses. After two weeks of age, they are more likely to be disturbed while sleeping, and can also become colicky or baby acne can start to flare.
YOUR SESSION:
It’s not uncommon for the session with a newborn to last 3-4 hours, allowing plenty of time to feed and comfort. All newborn sessions are done at my studio in order to control climate and to have access to all props and set-up. Newborn session includes a morning session at Lexilu's natural light studio. For those that prefer gorgeous light, simplistic environment and one location. A studio session includes the availability to many different set-ups and access to our large selection of props.
If you prefer us to come to your home to shoot, we can. The style of photos will reflect a more candid look and can be shot with mom and dad, in the babies nursery, etc...

Senior Photography session rate: $250
I try to make the senior session stress free on both mom, dad and the senior. We can shoot at any location you like within Lapeer, we have some favorite spots, but are open to suggestions. If you have any hobbies, or are involved in sports or band and would like these themes in your photos please let us know so that we can plan for them.
You can dress in as many outfits as you like...we don’t limit your creative expression, or individuality...in fact we encourage it!
A Word about THE YEARBOOK PHOTO
Beginning the first of school each seniors will be given the requirements for having their photo included in the yearbook. If this is important to you than you will want to take note of the following. Senior sessions DO NOT include the yearbook photo unless your high school yearbook staff allows all background types. Some in our area have lifted the background requirements and allow the senior to use any photo. Others require a certain color of background, and will not accept outdoor photos. We shoot all senior sessions out doors in natural light. If you need a head shot for the yearbook that requires a certain color background, you will need to come to our studio for this. There is a minimal fee of $25.00 to shoot edit and send the file to the school. Optionally, many seniors have the photo taken by the high school photographer. It will be a very small photo of just head and shoulders. If your high school allows any photo, the fee is waived and you can choose a photo from your collection . We have the tools to make sure the photo fits the size requirements so please do not send one in on your own.
Scheduling your session well in advance of Yearbook deadlines will help you avoid RUSH charges.

We love animals, having dogs of our own, we are very comfortable around all breeds but will only shoot non-agressive animals.

Our print prices are all A' la carte. This allows you to create your own packages and get exactly what you need and allows you to put your print credit to good use.
I personally edit and submit orders for your prints and products so that each photo looks it's best before it is shipped to you. I use software that matches my monitor with our labs printers to ensure colors look their best. Images may appear different on your monitor. If you are ever disappointed with the quality of the print, please contact me immediatly. Our pro lab is great about issuing refunds or reprints if done within 30 days.
